By accessing or using the Euno website (geteuno.com) or the Euno mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Description of Service

Euno is a mobile app that delivers scheduled affirmations for personal reflection and mindfulness. Affirmations are personalized to your chosen intent and tone, and delivered on a schedule you set. The app works entirely offline, stores everything locally on your device, and requires no accounts or internet connection after download.

This website provides information about Euno and allows visitors to join a waitlist for launch notifications.

Waitlist

By joining our waitlist, you agree to receive email communications from us regarding:

• Confirmation of your waitlist signup
• Notification when Euno launches on the App Store
• Rare critical updates

You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in any email we send.

Subscriptions and Payments

Euno is a paid app with a free trial period. When the trial ends, your subscription converts to a paid plan automatically unless you cancel beforehand.

All subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and payment policies. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings.

Cancellation stops future billing but does not provide a refund for the current billing period. For refund requests, contact Apple directly — they process all payments.

Not a Substitute for Professional Care

Euno is a tool for personal reflection and mindfulness. Affirmations can be a meaningful part of a wellness routine, and we've built the app with that intention.

That said, Euno is not therapy, counseling, or medical advice. It is not a replacement for professional mental health care. If you're in crisis or need support beyond what a personal reflection tool can offer, please reach out to a qualified healthcare provider or a crisis helpline.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Euno website and application — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of Euno and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services
• Submit false information to our waitlist

Disclaimer of Warranties

Euno is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The content will meet your specific needs
• Any results from using the app will be achieved

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Euno shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
