Euno

Security Policy

We Take Security Seriously

Euno is built by a small team, but that doesn't mean we cut corners on security. Your trust matters to us, and we welcome anyone who helps us earn it — including security researchers who find things we missed.

If you discover a vulnerability in our website or app, please let us know. We'd rather hear about it from you than find out the hard way.

How to Report

Email us at security@geteuno.com with as much detail as you can provide:

  • A description of the vulnerability and where you found it
  • Steps to reproduce the issue
  • The potential impact as you understand it
  • Any suggestions for how to fix it (optional, but appreciated)

The more context you give us, the faster we can act on it.

What We Ask

Please give us reasonable time to investigate and address the issue before disclosing it publicly. We'll work to resolve confirmed vulnerabilities as quickly as we can, and we'll keep you updated on our progress.

Safe Harbor

We will not take legal action against researchers who report vulnerabilities in good faith and follow responsible disclosure practices. If you're acting honestly and helping us improve, you have nothing to worry about.

Acknowledgment

We believe in giving credit where it's due. With your permission, we'll publicly acknowledge researchers who help us improve the security of Euno. If you'd prefer to remain anonymous, we'll respect that too.

Scope

This policy covers the Euno website (geteuno.com) and the Euno iOS application. If you're unsure whether something is in scope, report it anyway — we'd rather hear about it and decide than miss something important.
